Description of this King Kong Poster

King Kong is a 1933 American horror adventure film directed by Merian C. Cooper and Ernest Schoedsack.

The United States is going through a period of great crisis. Unemployed actress Ann Darrow is hired by frustrated filmmaker Carl Denham, who wants to prove to producers who are trying to fire him that he has directorial talent. Denham wants to go to Skull Island, surrounded by legends and mysteries, where he wants to make his film. With him, a crew boards the boat, including Ann and screenwriter Jack Driscoll, who is in love with her[3].

Arriving on the island, the crew finds a large wall and a group of natives in front of it. The leader orders the men to leave. Resigned, Denham walks away. However, during the night, the natives sneak onto the boat and secretly kidnap Ann, who is terrified and dragged to the island, where they tie her to a large stake in front of the wall. The team rushes to the girl's rescue. From behind the wall emerges Kong, the island's giant gorilla, who kidnaps the terrified Ann and takes her with him to the depths of the island. In front of the terrified natives, the team breaks through the wall and enters the island[3].

At dawn, the rescue team, led by Denham and Driscoll, is already in the depths of the island. They discover that the island is inhabited not only by a giant gorilla, but also by dinosaurs long considered extinct by science. The team first encounters a Stegosaurus in the forest, which they manage to defeat. Later, the expedition members build a raft and cross a river. There, they are surprised by a disoriented Diplodocus, who, furious, chases them and kills one of them. The newcomers flee into the forest again, where they encounter Kong. A giant gorilla drops a log with the men into the abyss, where the team is attacked by a giant lizard, a giant crab, and an octopus-like insect. Only Denham and Driscoll manage to survive, the former returning to the ship, the latter following Ann.

Meanwhile, Kong returns to Ann, whom he left at the top of a tree. There she is attacked by the Tyrannosaurus. A fierce fight ensues between Kong and the dinosaur, during which the giant gorilla kills Tyrannosaurus, then continues to walk away with the terrified woman. Kong is followed by Driscoll. Kong reaches the cave where she resides. There, trapped, she is attacked by a giant snake. Kong kills him, then goes back up the slope with the terrified girl. She must once again face the hungry pteranodon, which she ends up throwing from the top of the escarpment. At night, Driscoll climbs the escarpment. Ann flees with him, followed by an enraged Kong. They reach the coast, where Kong completely ruins a village of natives, but he is ultimately defeated by a team of explorers. Denham has the idea of making his fortune in the United States with "King Kong - the eighth wonder of the world", as he calls it.

In New York, King Kong is handcuffed and presented to the public. During the show, irritated by the photojournalists' flashes, he frees himself from his chains, destroys the theater, sneaks into the city and begins to demolish it (including destroying a train). He eventually grabs hold of the terrified Ann and climbs with her to the top of the Empire State Building. They are followed by Driscoll. At the top of the tower, King Kong is attacked by four bipeds who shoot at the giant gorilla. King Kong fights back long and tenaciously, destroying a plane, but the mutant is ultimately killed and falls from the spire. Driscoll goes to the top. An audience gathers around King Kong's corpse. Carl Denham says: Oh, no. It's not the planes. It was Beauty who killed the Beast.
