A Spritz al Campari is another popular version of the Italian wine cocktail, made with Campari, prosecco and sparkling water.

The Aperol Spritz became very popular outside of Italy around 2018 and was ranked as the 9th best-selling cocktail in the world in 2019 by the Drinks International website.
