Gentlemen Prefer Blondes is a 1953 American musical comedy film based on the 1949 musical comedy film of the same title. The film was directed by Howard Hawks and starred Jane Russell and Marilyn Monroe in supporting roles.

The film is full of comedic and musical pieces, choreographed by Jack Cole, while the music was written by Hoggy Carmichael, Harold Adamson, Jules St. Stein and Robin's songs are from the Broadway show, while Carmichael's songs and Adamson were written specifically.
