Description of this Honda Metal Plate
The Honda Valkyrie is a motorcycle that was manufactured by Honda from 1996 to 2003. It was designated GL1500C in the American market and F6C ("Flat Six Custom") in other markets.
The Valkyrie's engine is a 1,520 cubic centimeter (93 cubic inch), liquid-cooled, horizontally opposed V-twin transplanted from Honda's Gold Wing model, unlike the V-twin typically found on motorcycles. cruiser style. The most notable changes to the Goldwing engine are the camshaft and the move to six individual 28mm carburettors, one for each cylinder, modifications which increased power and torque.
The Valkyrie was offered with a reverse gear in Japan. The Valkyrie was manufactured in the United States at Honda's Marysville, Ohio motorcycle plant.
